A |     东方明珠：公司拟对明珠实业增资人民币25亿元 每经AI快讯，东方明珠（SH600637，收盘价：8元）8月24日晚间发布公告称，为优化“东方明珠数字影视制作基地项目”及“东方明珠创智中心项目”的资本结构，落实公司“文化+科技”融合发展的核心战略，公司拟以自有资金，通过直接及间接方式对明珠实业增资人民币25亿元，明珠实业在获得前述增资款后，拟分别对明珠影科增资人民币17亿元，对科影实业增资人民币8亿元。

Journalists can register online at the official website www.ciftis.org by clicking "Join the Fair" and then selecting "Media Registration." The 2026 CIFTIS will be held from Sept. 9 to 13 in Beijing.
Information on when and how to pick up the media pass will be released in the "Media Center" section of the official CIFTIS website in due time.
